ABOUT MOVEMENT MOTORSPORTS
Movement Motorsports was created out of a passion for people and cars. We care equally about our guests and their cars. Why? Because without our guests we don't have cars to repair. Every client is treated with our very simple and transparent policy "Treat others how you want to be treated." Our ultimate goal is to get repeat and referral business. And hopefully gain some friends and long term relationships along the way!
Movement Motorsports was created out of a long-time friendship and love of cars. We met in 2006 while working at a BMW dealership. We started from the bottom with a thirst for knowledge about BMWs. Not only did we learn about these cars inside and out, we also learned about the owners of these cars and the level of service they deserve.
Over the next decade, we continued on our path to becoming BMW experts, working in both dealerships and independent repair shops. Moving from the dealership world to independent shops was a dramatic change for us. We no longer had to focus on car turnover and the quantity of repairs we were doing. We were finally able to focus on each individual customer; doing what was right for each person (and their pocketbook).
Between the two of us (Rob being one of the best technicians and Billy being a top service advisor) we realized we had the ability to operate a shop the way we wanted to, putting the customer first. We strive to cultivate long lasting relationships with everybody that walks through our doors. This is how we believe the automotive service industry should work. We treat everyone like family, knowing we can provide dealership quality without the dealership price.
We (Rob and Billy) each have over a decade of experience in the automotive industry specializing in BMW and Mini. We have also, and much more recently, broadened our horizons beyond BMW and Mini (which has been exciting and ultimately successful!) Repairing your vehicle can be a stressful, overwhelming, and intimidating experience. Movement Motorsports wants to make it easy. We will take the time to explain our recommendations, listen to your comments, answer any questions, and address your concerns. The foundation of our business is integrity and our goal is to make our customers happy.
